🇳🇱 Geven en ontvangen is hetzelfde. Waar onvoorwaardelijk gegeven wordt, wordt ook ontvangen. Dat onvoorwaardelijk ontvangen maakt het geven mogelijk, dus door te ontvangen geef je de ander de mogelijkheid om te geven.
Onvoorwaardelijkheid komt dan ook nooit vanuit ‘iets doen voor de ander’, het komt vanuit het gevoel van ‘ik wil bijdragen’. Dat is een gevoel van overvloed, van iets willen geven; tijd, ruimte, aandacht, geld, je talent, er zijn. Als je dat wilt geven en het wordt door de ander onvoorwaardelijk ontvangen, dan is er een stroom van overvloed. Dan kun je zonder afspraken, zonder controle, zonder regels en voor-wat-hoort-wat bijdragen aan de ander en wat die in de wereld zet. Je voelt de waarde en draagt met jouw eigen waarde bij aan iets moois voor de wereld.
🇬🇧 Giving and receiving is the same. Where there is unconditional giving, there is also receiving. That unconditional receiving makes giving possible, so by receiving you give the other the opportunity to give.
Unconditionality therefore never comes from ‘doing something for the other’, it comes from the feeling ‘I want to contribute’. That is a feeling of abundance, of wanting to give; time, space, attention, money, your talent, being there. If you want to give that and it is received unconditionally by the other, then there is a flow of abundance. Then you can contribute to the other person and what he or she puts into the world without agreements, without control, without rules. You honor the value and contribute with your value to something beautiful for the world.
